In the field of automotive electronics, BOTRS ELECTRONICS has forged a path of progress through innovation and dedication.

Budding Beginnings (2005 - 2010)

In August 2005, Shenzhen Xuxin Technology Co., Ltd. Was established. By 2006, the company launched its visual voice radar and LCD voice radar, solidifying its industry presence. In 2007, Shenzhen Xuxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. Was founded. A year later, the company obtained ISO 9001 certification and established Xuxin Microelectronics in Hong Kong. Partnerships with BYD in 2009 and the launch of in-car entertainment navigation systems in collaboration with Shenyang Jinbei in 2010 further diversified its product portfolio.

Expanding Horizons (2011 - 2015)

2011 marked the introduction of the first-generation blind spot monitoring system, along with collaborations with King Long Bus and ISO/TS 16949 certification. In June, the company partnered with Hunan Aviation College to establish an industry-academia-research base. By 2012, its Changsha production facility commenced operations, and a partnership with FAW Jilin was formed. The Changsha Automotive Electronics Research Institute was established in 2013. The following year, the company relocated its headquarters to the Xuxin Industrial Park in Liaobu, Dongguan. In 2015, it launched the "Yunhang" in-car navigation system and the fifth-generation blind spot monitoring system.

Strategic Transformation (2016 - 2020)

In 2016, Xuxin began supplying reverse radars to Nissan Indonesia and initiated a custom reverse radar project for Russia′s Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant. By 2017, mass production for the Russian project was underway. The company made a pivotal shift in 2018, discontinuing its in-car navigation business to focus on parking safety solutions. A collaboration with Beiqi Foton Light Trucks followed in 2019. In 2020, the company delivered radar systems for Subaru′s port installations and began R&D for ambient lighting solutions.

Upgrading and Expansion (2021 - 2023)

2021 saw the company revamp its mold design and manufacturing capabilities while regaining IATF 16949 certification. The following year, partnerships with Honda LED to the launch of reverse radar and ambient lighting projects for the Odyssey, both of which entered mass production. In January 2023, Xuxin acquired a facility in Huizhou, relocating part of its operations and establishing Huizhou BOTRS Electronics Co., Ltd. By June, the Nissan ambient lighting project was initiated, followed by the launch of millimeter-wave radar R&D in July. The Huizhou plant officially opened in September, and by December, all production had been relocated to Huizhou, with the establishment of HUIZHOU BOTRS ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd.
